You won't need to post anything back. If a remote is faulty, we organise the return ourselves. No packaging it up, no queuing at the post office, no waiting on a refund while it's in transit.

How it works

Email australiaremotes@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what's happening. A specialist technician is assigned to your case and will either send the correct remote at no additional cost, or issue your refund.
