I was looking for a replacement remote for an Airwell ducted system as mine had been dropped one to many times!
Australia Remotes came up with a generic version (Airwell no longer operate in Australia)
The entire process took 2 minutes. Four days later the remote has arrived (via express post).
The remote is excellent quality, easy to use and the instructions to set it up were so simple to follow. I'm now sitting in a warm house.

Discovered the remote controller for our 20y old A/C had stopped working. With no other way to operate the A/C unit, we needed a solution. I found Australia Remotes after a quick online search, and confirmed via email which remote we needed. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, and right before Christmas this was impressive.
I was a bit nervous about whether the provided master remote would work - but it absolutely did, first time! Very quick and easy to set up (literally a couple of minutes, including reading the instructions), with full functionality the same as the original remote. Brilliant.

I placed an order for a Air-conditioner remote on Thursday afternoon, it arrived at my front door Friday morning, less than 24 hours later. Open package, place batteries in the remote and I can now use my Air-conditioner. Extremely happy with the service I have received.

I recently purchased a remote for the aircon in our motor home. The remote arrived in 6 days. The remote is different from the original so I thought I would have to program it to my aircon, to my surprise I put the batteries in and it worked instantly.
Quick, friendly service, website was super easy to use.

I ordered two replacement remotes for a Hisense TV. I had lost mine in a recent move. I had previously tried the universal remotes that you can buy from big stores so I knew that they didn't work with my particular Hisense model. I got two remotes that work for less than the price of the universal (useless) remote from a big brand store. The remotes turned up quickly and worked straight away. It was so easy. The customer service was great and my emails were replied to very quickly. (I found my remote three weeks later - but at least I now have a couple of spares).

Unfortunately the remote did not work for an admittedly very old Mitsubishi AC, but the customer service was excellent. Daniel responded via email, offered suggestions in an effort to resolve, but once it was determined that the remote did not work for this particular model a full refund was received very quickly. Can't fault service, thank you.

We had a bit of a challenge with the delivery of our remote which the courier had said arrived but it hadn't. We alerted Australia Remotes and they immediately sent us another, no questions asked.
While waiting for the replacement the first ordered remote arrived and it worked perfectly, first time. No programming required, we just pointed it at the air conditioner and it worked.
When the replacement arrived we contacted Australia Remotes to organise to return it and they made a gift of it, for our inconvenience. Amazing as it was no inconvenience at all - great customer service, good prices and rapid response.

Great product, works out of the box as advertised. I actually tried 3 other remotes from other online places, none worked and no care factor. Even the OEM had no care factor in helping. Australia remotes can not recommend them enough

It took three goes and multiple sets of batteries but I finally got a remote that works!

Received remote for aircon but it doesn't work - have tried contacting them through email and phone but none of their details are connected/responding. Very disappointed!!!

Update 18/01/24: It took me more than an hour to find contact details that would work (both their email address and phone number listed on their website are unusable). This is disappointing customer service and makes the refund process extremely difficult. Having said that, once I was eventually able to make contact with them they actioned the refund promptly (a full refund including shipping), and I have subsequently upgraded my review to 2☆
